The Lee Street TEN

We expect students to ALWAYS follow these TEN expectations!
  1. When responding to adults, you must make eye contact and face that person who is speaking. You must answer by saying “Yes/No ma’am” or “Yes/No sir.” Nodding your head, shrugging of shoulders, or any other form of yes or no is not acceptable.
  2. Do not smack your lips, tsk, roll your eyes, or show disrespect with gestures.
  3. Homework will be turned in each day by every student with no exceptions.
  4. When a substitute teacher is present, all class rules still apply.
  5. If any child in this school is bullying you, let an adult know. Do not take matters into your own hands; let the adults handle the student.
  6. No matter what the circumstances, always be honest.
  7. Be the best person you can be.
  8. When walking in line, keep your arms at your sides and move silently.
  9. Keep yourself and the bathrooms clean and germ-free.
  10. Use your best manners everyday. Say thank you, please, excuse me, I am sorry, and you are welcome.
